The 13 Key Success Factors when choosing your Plan B

Hello again. Since 2008 the economy has displaced many well educated, highly skilled people and many are still working in fields outside of their expertise for wages far below what they were earning. I still speak with professionals here in 2012 on a regular basis whether they are corporate types or blue collar skilled labor who are looking for a PLAN B to recover their income, their 401k’s and their self esteem.
Sadly, even the smartest among us can get caught up in the hype and the empty promise of getting rich quick. We can fall for the allure of the multi level marketing company (MLM) otherwise known as Most Lose Money. You get sucked in and then become a member of the NFL (No Friends Left). I happen to know a few people who have jumped from MLM to MLM and sometimes within a few months. They come to me and try to recruit me and I say no thanks.
Some who say they are very successful, refuse to show me their business reports or checks. That just leaves me with a large hole where credibility once was.
There are tons of these companies out there. Sadly, not many have the interest of the little guy in mind. We all know many of these products. The mystical water from Japan, The magic magnet bracelets that have been debunked on Youtube, the juice companies that are outperformed by Welches and debunked in medical journals, the healthy chocolate, the healthy coffee, the vacation travel company, Legal services and greeting card company, etc. Now there is a cell phone service MLM which I guess is competing against ACN.
The challenge I have with the vast majority of these MLM’s are, some are really bad with zero substance and over priced products that you wouldn’t normally buy. MLM’s and Network Marketing isn’t going away though. Even Robert Kiyosaki wrote a book touting MLM’s as the Business for the 21st Century. Most of these products require money you don’t already spend and thus you may stay with it for a few months and then quit because that product costs too much for the money you were SUPPOSED to be making with it.
I must say in full disclosure, that I use and endorse the Send Out Cards service. I signed up as a rep because it seemed like the best deal for sending out the volume of cards I do to clients/customers. It has helped my business grow by staying in contact with my customers and is more convenient than the post office. I don’t push the business of S.O.C. though. I have yet tom make a single penny from it since joining in 2011. Which goes to my point of single niche product MLM’s. Unless your in the referral heavy business like Real Estate, Insurance, Auto Sales and are sending out cards for direct mail or keeping in touch with clients, your not sending out a lot of cards on a regular basis.
There is no doubt that some people can become very successful in the MLM industry. Here is the challenge though. I believe in the 80/20 rule. There are 20% of the people who can be successful in an MLM because it is a recruiting business model; not a service model that truly helps others or consumers. and those 20% are great in a room and are able to sling the sizzle like nobody else. They give you all of the hype and get you so excited to be in on the “Ground Floor” of the brand new company that you forget about the substance. What about the 80%? They buy in. They spend the $100 – $2500 to either buy the product, or buy the position because they are on the “Ground Floor”. They struggle with zero support from the company or the person who recruited them. Then, they don’t recruit others into their “great” MLM business. They quit in failure and embarrassment. Now they are stuck with a product that they never would have purchased otherwise and worse yet is that they lost their initial investment as well as their friends.
Before you get sucked into one of these deals, do your homework.
Here are 13 Key Success Factors to think about when selecting a PLAN B.
Ask yourself how many of these factors you are willing to take off of the list and, still put your time, energy and reputation into your PLAN B?
For me, I need all 13 before I partner with a company.
- Successful Track record. At the very least 6 years of existence and continued growth in the US.
- Financially Sound. Debt free if possible.
- Strong Management. Principle centered. Integrity. Preferably leaders from successful Fortune 500 – 100 companies.
- Unique Consumable Products. Those that people will repeatedly purchase.
- Competitively Priced.
- High Reorder Rate. Clearly documented and easily researched for verification.
- Low Personal Production Requirement. No New Money required.
- Low Entry Fee. Enroller is not paid bonus on fee.
- Low Attrition. Not a recruiting model. People are staying in because of quality product and sound business model.
- Timing. No hype to get in NOW, because the product and company are good enough that the timing doesn’t matter.
- No Breakaways. Never penalized for recruiting someone better than you and, are taken from you. No Binary plans.
- No Risk. Everything is 100% guaranteed and refunded if dissatisfied.
- Strong Residual Income. This is the building block of financial freedom.
So that is the list. I am interested to read what you think.
I am so fortunate to partner with an international manufacturing company that allows me to get closer to financial freedom and train others to do the same.
So, if I can show you way to purchase consumer products direct from the manufacturer, (saving around 25%) that are superior to national leading brands found in grocery stores and high end department stores and salons and, you can make extra money and, it’s not an MLM and there is no risk, would it make sense to sit down with me and learn more?
Do you know someone who prefers natural products that outperform leading national brands of great vitamins, multi vitamins, sports nutritional supplements, high efficiency detergents and, household cleaners, bath and body and even makeup products?
Contact me today at 602.206.3911 or at firstname.lastname@example.org to learn more about what I do, and how to purchase these products with a 100% unconditional money back guarantee.
